REFUND POLICY

At luxurymakeupexperience.com, operated by 876 Faces by Teeah, we strive to provide exceptional makeup services to our clients. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations.

Services Eligible for Refund

 

​Refunds are available only for makeup appointments under the following conditions:

If 876 Faces by Teeah is at fault and can no longer fulfill the appointment.

If a deposit has been made and the original booking conflicts with a newly arisen issue, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date. This is solely at the discretion of 876 Faces by Teeah.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are not available for the following:

  • Digital products

  • Missed appointments due to the client's fault

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of the scheduled appointment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@luxurymakeupexperience.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

Provide your full name, contact information, appointment details, and the reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

 

Issuing Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the same channel through which the original payment was made. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

Additional Conditions

Refunds are subject to the sole discretion of 876 Faces by Teeah.

Any fees associated with the payment processing may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will not be issued for requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
