Welcome to luxurymakeupexperience.com, operated by 876 Faces by Teeah. Our booking policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and managing appointments for our professional makeup services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this policy.
Booking Appointments
Booking Process:
- Appointments can be booked through our website, by email at support@luxurymakeupexperience.com, or via phone.
- To secure your appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Deposit:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for wedding services. For other services, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date up to a week from the original booking date, at the discretion of 876 Faces by Teeah.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional deposit if not done within the specified timeframe.
- Deposits for services other than weddings can be transferred to a new appointment date up to a week from the original booking date.

Missed Appointments
Client Responsibility:
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full service, and no refund will be given for the reduced time.
No-Shows:
- Missed appointments due to the client's fault are non-refundable. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Service-Specific Terms
Bridal Services:
- Wedding deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bridal services may require a trial session, which should be booked separately. The trial session is subject to the same booking and cancellation policies as regular appointments.
Special Requests:
- If you have any special requests or requirements for your appointment, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Communication
Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email or message upon booking your appointment. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Reminders:
- We will send you a reminder email or message 24-48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications.
